What a game! WHAT A GAME!!! Man, that has to go down as one of the best Super Bowls in the history of the game!!!!

While I still have a sore-spot against the Giants for surviving against my Buffalo Bills in Super Bowl XXV, I was more than estactic to see them upset the heavily favored and media-anointed Patriots.

Here's the play of the game, a 30-yard completion on 3rd down and 13, that kept the Giant's drive going in the final seconds of the Super Bowl, eventually leading to a game-winning 13-yard touchdown pass to Plaxico Burress. Jerry Izenberg at the Star-Ledger has a great summary of the drive here.

How close was the catch to hitting the grass?

Pretty f'ing close!

And lets not forget before the game, a cocky Tom Brady scoffing at Plaxico's prediction that the Giants would win, and hold the Patriots high powered offense to 17 points.

Plaxico ended up being wrong. The Giants didn't hold the Patriots to 17 points.

They held them to 14 points.
